Shipping Information

All items we ship include a tracking # so you can check on your items in transit. HL Customz only ships items to domestic addresses at the moment. If payment is received from none us resident full payment refund will be returned back to that customer unless specified to ship items to a domestic US address.

We do NOT give refunds for damaged or used items once you
have received them.  If you receive your
items and something is wrong or damaged you must contact us immediately to resolve the issue. Only in the case that the item or items you
have received arrived damaged from the shipping carrier, we will resolve the
problem either with full refund or reshipment of the same items depending on
what item or items were affected. By completing
checkout you agree to these terms and conditions. We try our best to make your
buying experience a great one and we work with our customers to resolve
problems. We do our best for you, our valued customers.
